Bidemi Johnson

Bidemi is an IT Service Management Professional with nearly 20 years of strategic and operational experience in the design, implementation, and maturing of IT Service Management capabilities. Her expertise spans major program initiatives across various industry sectors, including the public sector (Cabinet Office, Ministry of Justice, and Foreign & Commonwealth Office), Finance, Media, Utility, Retail, and Legal sectors.

She achieved recognition as a finalist in the ‘ITSMF Service Management Champion of the Year 2010 Award.’ This prestigious award is presented to the individual deemed by judges as the most successful and consistently achieving Service Manager during the year.

As an author and speaker, Bidemi collaborated with TSO, the Official Publisher of ITIL, as part of the authoring team on the web-based ITIL Live TM. She is also an Approved Interactive Coach, passionate about helping individuals understand the world of work and what is required to find and succeed in their ideal career path.

Shortlisted for the ‘Supporting Life’s Journeys’ Mentor Recognition award, Bidemi actively coaches and mentors young people. Having personally benefited from this process, she has experienced tremendous results at different stages of her career and relationships.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Bidemi loves traveling, going to theatres, cooking, and hospitality. In 2008, she co-founded Templesprings with her husband Derin; they are happily married with three amazing children.
